Product Intake & Discovery When Kanary begins working with a brand owner, we have them fill out a Product Intake Form. We then set up an introductory call to get to know the company and the product. Our experienced sourcing team gathers detailed specifications, quality requirements, target pricing, and volume projections.

Supplier Assessment & Vetting Our sourcing team assesses 30-50 suppliers and selects the Top 3 most suitable for the program. We don't just search online directories—we leverage our established network in Shenzhen and conduct rigorous vetting of manufacturing capabilities, certifications, and production capacity.

Sampling & Validation Once there is consensus regarding the prospective manufacturer, Kanary kicks off the sampling process. We coordinate sample production, bundle shipments from our China office, and facilitate your evaluation to ensure the factory can actually deliver what they promised before committing to production.

Production Management & Quality Control Kanary maintains an on-site presence at the factory during manufacturing. Our Shenzhen-based team implements and supervises quality control processes (QCP), examining products and responding quickly to resolve issues without cutting corners or impacting timelines.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination Kanary schedules and monitors sea freight or air shipping for your order.
